Notes

This cake can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you prefer to store it in the refrigerator, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and it will keep for up to 5 days. You can also freeze the cake for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap the cake in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil.
