Ingredients

2 cups Simple Mills Almond Flour
3/4 cup Simple Mills Baking Mix
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking mix, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda and sea salt.
