Who doesn’t love fudge? No matter what your age, it’s something that just makes us all smile. And, when it’s triple chocolate fudge from Betty Crocker, we can’t help but drool. This decadent treat is sure to make your mouth water with its scrumptious layers of creamy chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate. So, let’s get started and make some delicious triple chocolate fudge!

Ingredients

For this delicious treat, you will need: 3 (4-ounce) packages of semi-sweet baking chocolate; 1 (5-ounce) can of evaporated milk; 1 ½ cups of butter; 2 ½ cups of sugar; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; 1 (7-ounce) jar of marshmallow creme; 1 (6-ounce) package of white baking chocolate; 2 cups of chopped nuts; and 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs.

Instructions

To begin, take a 9x13-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside. In a medium saucepan, add the butter, evaporated milk and semi-sweet chocolate. Heat over medium-low heat and stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the sugar and stir until it is completely incorporated. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Once the fudge is chilled, take it out of the refrigerator and spread the marshmallow creme over the top. Sprinkle the chopped nuts, white chocolate and graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallow creme. Place the baking dish back in the refrigerator for an additional 2 hours. Once chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and cut the fudge into small squares. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer a thicker layer of fudge, you can double the recipe. Just use a 9x9-inch baking dish and follow the same instructions. If you are using a 9x13-inch baking dish, you can double the recipe and increase the cooking time by 15 minutes. To ensure that the fudge is completely chilled and set, allow it to chill for at least 2 hours before cutting it into pieces.

If you would like to add a bit of extra flavor to this recipe, you can add ½ teaspoon of peppermint extract or ½ teaspoon of almond extract to the melted chocolate mixture. You can also top the fudge with your favorite candy pieces or with a drizzle of melted chocolate.
