Chocolate Lasagna Recipe No Bake

Ingredients
For the bottom layer:
- 2 sleeves of chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
For the cream cheese layer:
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
For the pudding layer:
- 1 3.4 ounce package of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 and 1/2 cups of cold milk
For the topping:
- 1/2 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
Instructions
To make the bottom layer, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until all the crumbs are moistened. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crumb layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together the semi sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the pudding layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You can use any type of cookie crumbs for this recipe. If you don’t have chocolate cookie crumbs, you can use graham cracker crumbs, oreo cookie crumbs, or any other type of cookie crumb that you have on hand.
If you don’t have instant pudding mix, you can make your own homemade pudding. Just make sure to let it cool before using it in this recipe.
You can also use different types of chocolate chips. Milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, or white chocolate chips would all be delicious.
