Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or cooking spray.

2. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs, one at a time. Stir in white chocolate chips.
