Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until fully incorporated. Add the vanilla and mix until combined.
