Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Oreos, crushed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed Oreos, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.

3. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Spread the mixture over the cooled cookie crust.

4. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, and crushed Oreos over the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

This dirt cake can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you want to make it even sweeter, you can add extra chocolate chips or peanut butter cups on top. You can also substitute the Oreos with graham crackers if desired. This dessert can also be frozen for up to a month.
