Ingredients

• 2/3 cup white sugar

• 2 tablespoons milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

• 1/4 cup heavy cream

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 6-inch round cake pan.

2. To make the cake, combine the melted butter, melted chocolate, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

4. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, make the filling. Place the chocolate chips, cream, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth.
