Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

Instructions

6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F.

7. Slice the log into 1/2 inch slices and place on the baking sheet. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the biscotti is crisp.

8. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute the almond flour for all-purpose flour if desired. You can also add other mix-ins such as dried fruit, nuts, or even chocolate chips to the biscotti dough. If you would like a sweeter biscotti, you can add additional sugar to the dough.
